Puffs were at the height of its popularity in the 1970, ubiquitous vinyl round spots which populate family rooms and rooms of teenagers. Measure and cut the vinyl in 2 places, a little larger than the desired size. A fantastic size for a large bean bag chair is about 3 1/2 feet by 3 1/2 feet, but you can make it larger or smaller depending on your requirements and the size of your space.  Sandwich the two squares of muslin and sew around the edges, leaving open about 5 inches. Place a funnel in the opening and pour polystyrene beads at the muslin until the bag is full. Push on the muslin into the vinyl cap through the opening . Adjust the inner bag so that the corners line up.
