Driftwood dining table – Here you will also see one of my homemade scented candles that I had made by cutting of a red wine bottle. See the post on my blog here. You know when you see a spot in the home that would look so much prettier with a selected object? I was on the hunt for a podium for the dining table. Not to any particular function other than being good-looking and provide a snug impression.
I have wanted for so long a new driftwood dining table and my first thought was that we would pour a concrete slab. However, it would be too much work so I had to think about. Because I was so very fond of derived been and had paint left since it is this project, so I decided to make a table top in wood instead.
So a happy day, I found a heavy and thick driftwood dining table plank down at the pier. I took it home and dried a few days before I began to cobble together a small bench of it to finally paint it in graphite and set it in our bare bathroom. And here you see the result of my home-made pallet of driftwood!
